We are searching for a talented Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team near Granite Bay, California. The ideal candidate will work with students of various age groups, providing support to help them develop essential life and motor skills within the educational setting.
Position Highlights:

- Caseload: Elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs for students
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success
- Provide direct therapy to students, offering creative and engaging approaches to enhance learning
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy plans as necessary based on student progress and educational goals
Qualifications:
- California Occupational Therapy licensure required
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
