Position Overview
As a Clinician, you’ll work autonomously with our physicians nearby. You will assess, diagnose, and manage pain conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and perform some procedures (if you are so inclined). Our AI tools minimize administrative tasks, empowering you to prioritize patient care and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on pain management strategies, medications, and integrative therapies
• Use AI-driven EMR and scribes for efficient, accurate documentation
• Participate in care team discussions to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Active Nurse Practitioner or PA license in Alabama
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• No experience required—new graduates and career changers welcome
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for using advanced technology to improve patient care
