Job Responsibilities Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status Provide data entry of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards Support the management of workload by assisting proposal managers and marketing coordinators Collaborate with pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority Provide accurate project and resume data in business development systems File proposal and presentation materials according to established standards Required Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing tasks with limited oversight Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with hybrid team members Proficient in MS Teams and virtual meetings Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a combination of education and relevant experience Strong information management and data analysis capabilities Experience in supporting A/E/C proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interview Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person HDR is our company.
