Gretsch Golf Academy (GGA) is a premier indoor golf training facility dedicated to helping golfers of all levels improve their skills and elevate their game. Position Overview

GGA is seeking a versatile, design-savvy Marketing Assistant to support a range of creative and marketing initiatives across the organization. While marketing is a key focus, this is an org-wide support role that will touch everything from digital content and merchandise design to internal branding and operational graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a curiosity to stay current with trends, video editing skills, and a can-do mindset toward tackling a wide range of creative and production challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize GGA's brand identity across internal and external creative assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Design collateral including flyers, email graphics, social media content, display ads and print materials.
  • Help concept and design branded merchandise and signage (e.g., apparel, retail displays, promotional items).
  • Edit short-form video content for social media.
  • Maintain and update brand repositories (design libraries, component systems, branded templates, media kits, etc.).
  • Keep brand assets organized and accessible across cloud platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, organizing content and capturing media on-site as needed.
  • Support content scheduling and publishing across social media channels.
  • Update web content and assist in reporting using Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate email design, testing, and execution in Mailchimp.
  • Stay current with design trends and marketing strategies, integrating new techniques and tools into creative projects.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in design, digital media, marketing, agency, in-house, or freelance work, or related field (internships welcome).
  • Ability to apply and uphold brand identity across all channels.
  • Experience with basic video editing for platforms like Reels, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Interest in golf, lifestyle brands, or sports culture is a plus!

Required Experience

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X, TikTok, etc.
  • Video Editing software, best practices and trends

Preferred Experience (or Open to Learning)

  • WordPress, Mailchimp, Mindbody, Google Analytics
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Suite)

Equipment & Work Schedule

  • Contractors must provide their own equipment, have a reliable internet connection, and use a computer capable of handling design and video workflows smoothly.
  • This is a part-time contract position (approximately 10-15 hours per week) with the potential for a permanent position at GGA.
  • Must be available during business hours for team collaboration and communications, with openness to occasional evening or weekend hours for events or content capture, as needed for events and shoots.

Compensation

  • Starting at $20/hour
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skillset

Work Location

  • Remote work is allowed initially, with on-location photo or video shoots, as required.
  • After 60 days, the position is expected to transition from remote to 100% on-site at GGA.
  • This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, at the Dean Martin Business Center: 8580 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89139.
