Join Sheplers as Marina Maintenance! Sheplers is looking for knowledgeable, hardworking individual to join our team. Primary duties include performing various skilled and unskilled maintenance and repair duties including sanding, painting, carpentry and welding in support of marina operations. Additional duties include; welding duties and as needed, fabrication duties on vessels, docks/ramps and luggage carts and carpentry duties including intricate joiner, carpentry repair tasks as well as installation of cabinets and trim on vessels.

Skills
Ideal candidates will be comfortable operating and working around vehicles including trucks, forklifts, and scissor-lifts. Must be able to work independently, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, manage time, and have pride in the work that you do. Must also be comfortable working outside in all elements, lifting/moving 50lbs regularly, and prolonged periods of using hands, kneeling, and bending/stooping. Must be 18 years of age with a valid US drivers license.
