Electrician – Manufacturing (3rd Shift)
\n Location: Jamestown, NY
\n Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
\n Pay Rate: $35/hour + overtime
\n Shift: Onsite, 3rd Shift – 10pm-7am, may fluctuate
\n Roles and Responsibilities \n

\n\t
• Safely troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing equipment.\n\t
• Immediately stop work and report any potential injury hazards, ensuring a safe work environment.\n\t
• Rigorously adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards; report all incidents or hazards promptly.\n\t
• Minimize environmental impact through conscientious work practices.\n\t
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship for reliable and efficient equipment performance.\n\t
• Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.\n\t
• Instruct and mentor team members, including coaching apprentices in the Skilled Trades Program.\n\t
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.\n

\n Qualifications & Skills \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or certifications are a plus.\n\t
• Significant industrial maintenance experience (minimum 7 years preferred, Millwright or equivalent).\n\t
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience with CNC machinery and engine component production.\n\t
• Knowledge of NEC/IEC codes and 70E safety certification/training.\n\t
• Familiarity with PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, CNC, automation, and robotic controls.\n\t
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.\n\t
• Safe and effective use of electrical testing tools (such as DVMs, Clamp Amps, Meggers, Multimeters).\n\t
• Ability to provide training and mentorship for apprentices.\n\t
• Mandatory overtime and weekend availability; flexibility to support varied operational needs.\n
