SUMMARY: 

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance personnel and all maintenance activities for this non-union fixed-plant minerals processing operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. This role also includes coordinating preventative maintenance, managing repairs, participating in capital planning and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations of the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting up daily tasks for team members, ordering parts for projects or replacements from inventory on-hand, setting up preventative maintenance, working with onsite contractors. Continuous improvement mindset by evaluating plant efficiency and methods to improve production.
• Supervising and working alongside team members to complete projects, daily inspections of the plant and problem solving.
• Mentoring and collaborating with team members, making sure work environments are clean, organized, and prepared for efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Understanding of: Fabrication, Electrical, PDD blowers, Screw Augers, Belts, Airlocks, and air compressors
• Education: minimum of a High School Diploma. Additional education and certified training are a plus.
• Strong Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
