Preferred Skills / Experience
Must have Handson experience in Mainframe development
Must have work in Conversion Experience ( Changing data from one platform to mainframe platform )
Extensive experience on JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS , VSAM
Must have onshore offshore coordination experience
Knowledge on banking and finance industry
Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
Have hands-on experience on Agile Methodologies.
