We are currently seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics, documentation, and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities· Assist with scheduling and tracking shipments (domestic and international)
· Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving data
· Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and storage terminals
· Prepare and process shipping, customs, and compliance documentation
· Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
· Support month-end reporting and operations KPIs
· Handle data entry and systems updates (QB, Excel, etc.)
· Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to management when needed
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain support in international trading company
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, and QB platforms
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with petrochemicals or international logistics in both containers and Deepsea Bulk Cargo
· Positive attitude and team-player mindset
