We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
• Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible

Additional tasks will include:

• Ability to do CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
• Input information to the MLS
• negotiations
• Must be licensed currently

• Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
• Real estate license required (Washington State/must be active and current)
• Background in transaction coordination or experience in putting together transactions from contract to close as an agent
• Must have the ability to hold a firm line while still offering personable service
• Motivated to serve people and provide a world class experience
