Responsibilities - We have a robust Marketing Budget, to help you develop new business sales
- Complete insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Assist and process customer policy change requests.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements - A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
