Allstate Insurance - The Bohman Agency in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our agency. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients.

Work from Home

• We have a robust Marketing Budget, to help you develop new business sales
• Complete insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Assist and process customer policy change requests.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
