At Waxing the City, our licensed service providers are not only waxing experts, theyre waxing authorities. This led us to create our very own title of Cerologist technicians, combining cera (Latin for wax) with ologist (to highlight their level of education and expertise). After a week-long, hands-on training course at our Waxing University, our service providers become certified Cerologists.
We are in search of a Lead Cerologist Esthetician looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment. J Brows Burlington NC provides high quality, result driven full body waxing services delivered in a beautiful environment. The Lead Esthetician provides guidance and training for the estheticians in the studio. In addition, this position performs all full body waxing services on our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in interviewing, hiring and 90 day/annual reviews of Estheticians.
Train new Estheticians.
Assist in scheduling Estheticians. Provide additional coverage as needed.
Order professional and retail products as necessary.
Inventory control of professional product.
Communicate any Esthetician needs to Studio Director.
Oversee Estheticians.
Maintain consistency of waxing services.
Provide full body waxing services as scheduled.
Knowledge of all skincare products and waxing services offered at the studio.
Client follow-up to develop repeat clientele.
Attendance at monthly staff meetings required.
Scheduling of and attendance at staff trainings is required.

Our Cerologist love the opportunity to build a waxing plan for their clients that may incorporate one or more of our progressive treatment options. Cerologist have the ability to build repeat business fairly quickly with our membership model.
Our Cerologist are a critical link to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in waxing, skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Education is a huge focus and is offered on an ongoing basis through Educational Academy platforms
