About Us
USA Cabinet Express is a fast-growing kitchen and cabinet wholesaler offering high-quality, all-plywood cabinets with same-day pickup availability. We work with contractors, builders, flippers, and homeowners to make the cabinet buying process quick, simple, and affordable.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers (walk-ins, appointments, contractors) to understand layout needs, measurements, and style preferences.
Create accurate kitchen, bath, and vanity designs using design software
Prepare floor plans, 3D renderings, elevations, and detailed cabinet lists for quotations.
Recommend cabinet styles, finishes, and functional layout options based on our in-stock inventory.
Provide price estimates and guide customers on lead times, pickup, and installation considerations.
Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment of cabinet orders.
Revise layouts based on customer feedback and ensure accuracy before final invoicing.
Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with product display updates.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
Experience in kitchen/bath design or cabinetry sales preferred (but we can train the right candidate).
Ability to read and interpret architectural measurements, blueprints, and house plans.
Proficiency in design software (2020, or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy—cabinet lists must be correct.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with contractors and homeowners.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn our product lines.
