About the role:
We are seeking a Junior accountant /Accounting assistant to assist the accounting department in its daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to learn and grow your career as you learn our business model.

• Support with month end closing procedures
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile Bank Statements
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable invoice processing
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks

Position Requirements:

• College degree required, major in accounting is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• SAP Business One experience is a plus
• Prior experience in general accounting functions such as:

1. bank reconciliations
2. account analysis
3. data entry

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with customers and peers in a professional and respectful manner

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually
