* Minimum of 3 years of repair bench experience
* Obsessive work ethic
* Ability to communicate clearly
* Strong desire to be part of a dynamic team
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Extensive experience in all aspects of bench work
* Ability to execute complex work under pressure
* Self motivated with high attention to detail
