Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their vacation desires, preferences, and budget for their island getaways.
• Trip Planning: Design and organize tailored island vacations, including activities, accommodations, and dining experiences.
• Coordination: Manage all aspects of the trip, such as booking flights, hotels, excursions, and transportation.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with local vendors to secure the best deals and ensure high-quality services.
• Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel logistics for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Budget Management: Create and manage trip budgets, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any issues or changes promptly and efficiently.
• Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with various island destinations and local attractions.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Proficiency in travel booking software.
• Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences
  • Must be able to read/write English fluently. Bilingual is a plus
