Job Description

• Create accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into detailed designs.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Interpreting Design Drawings and Finishing Work : Understanding design blueprints and knowing how to execute finishing work.
• Software Proficiency : Being skilled in using software tools like AutoCAD and Excel for design work and document submissions.
• Legal Regulations : Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to interior architectural design.
• Alternative Design and Evaluation : Ability to create alternative designs and evaluate their pros and cons.
• Understanding Specifications : Knowledge of interpreting specifications.
• Materials and Construction Methods : Understanding different materials and construction techniques.
• Effective Communication with Clients : Being able to communicate effectively with clients and address any issues during the design process.
• Collaboration with Contractors : Ability to interpret and resolve design-related issues in collaboration with contractors.
• Bilingual in Korean/ English is preferred
