Job Description
The insurance Sales producer will organize and coordinate office sales activities and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency of sales expectations.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive sales support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative sales challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
4 Month Sales Process
Month 1- Techniques of appointment setting. Work as an understudy to a licensed sales producer. Appointment setting goals weekly.
Month 2- Fully licensed. Appointment setting AND cold calling on auto and home leads. Goals expected weekly
Month 3- Fully licensed. Appointment setting, Cold calling and business quoting. Goals expected weekly
Month 4- Fully licensed. Licensed Sales Producer. Insurance Sales, Commercial Business prospecting, Cold-Calling. Weekly Goals Expected.
