ENA offers a flexible hybrid work schedule that allows employees the opportunity to work from the office two days a week and at home three days a week. We are headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Instructional Designer serves in a collaborative role focused on course design and learning experience. This position is primarily responsible for working with Subject Matter Experts, Nurse Planners, and Program Services division staff to implement educational initiatives. The designer oversees the entire course design lifecycle, including analysis, development, and evaluation. Key responsibilities encompass the analysis of learning outcomes, the design and development of educational materials, and the implementation of accredited emergency nursing education programs. This role uses modern course authoring tools to deliver an authentic learner experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position is an exempt/salaried position. The targeted salary range is $73k-$79k annually. Compensation is determined based on a range of factors, including experience, education, certifications or specialized training, skill level and operational needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment. Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing in an exchange of information; collect, compile, and prepare work documents; set-up and maintain work files, and participate in meetings both in-person and virtually. Use of the computer, with repetitive motion, is approximately 80% of time, with 20% of time spent on miscellaneous coordination of activities or oversight of assigned staff.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Majority of work is performed in a hybrid method, with work performed at either a general office environment or a remote location. Occasional travel may be required.
