AppleOne has partnered with a respected manufacturing and distribution company in Sun City, to identify a skilled Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll support the sales department by providing accurate order processing, professional communication, and exceptional customer service to national accounts. This full-time position offers long-term career potential with a company that values reliability, initiative, and collaboration.
The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming and follow-up calls, provide pricing and delivery information, and process new and change orders through the company’s ERP system. You’ll monitor delivery schedules, manage return authorizations, and coordinate with departments such as Sales Support, Product Marketing, Order Processing, Shipping, Material Planning, Quality Control, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include preparing and analyzing order performance reports, verifying purchase orders, maintaining departmental data and charts, and assisting with tariff-related and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service, sales support, or purchasing, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required; experience with ERP systems is a plus. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Success in this role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage confidential data while meeting deadlines.
