Job Description

Position Overview:
This role blends inside sales, customer service, and warehouse support. You’ll spend most of your time in the office handling customer calls, orders, and inquiries, but you will also assist in the warehouse when needed. The right person is detail-oriented, committed, and values long-term relationships with both customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy
• Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and order coordination
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend solutions to customers’ needs
• Assist with inventory checks, pulling orders, and occasional warehouse tasks
• Coordinate shipping/receiving documentation when necessary
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial supply preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with computer systems (ERP, order entry, email, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to assist in warehouse tasks as needed (must be able to lift 30–40 lbs occasionally)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth with the company
