The Role:

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you’ll manage influencer relationships, secure brand deals, and support campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and confident in negotiations who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships with an exclusive roster of creators.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and secure brand partnerships.
  • Manage inbound brand inquiries and match opportunities to the right talent.
  • Coordinate campaign details to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Lead client calls and provide strategic account guidance.
  • Oversee Talent Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Assist in onboarding new talent to the roster.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights with talent to support growth.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people!

Must Haves:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Talent Manager (agency experience is preferred)
  • A track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and brand partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in advocating for talent.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A deep understanding of and passion for the influencer and social media space.
  • A self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
