🎯 Your Role as a Customer Service RepresentativeAs the public-facing voice of the campaigns you represent, you’ll play a vital role in connecting communities with nonprofit missions that matter.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:Represent nonprofit partners at live events , fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engage with the public in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
Communicate each organization’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved
Build meaningful connections that encourage long-term donor support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful event execution
Uphold values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
