🎯 Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As the public-facing voice of the campaigns you represent, you’ll play a vital role in connecting communities with nonprofit missions that matter.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at live events , fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Engage with the public in a friendly, informative, and professional manner

• Communicate each organization’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved

• Build meaningful connections that encourage long-term donor support

• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful event execution

• Uphold values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
