Labor & Employment Associate Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience in California labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
- Manage complex employment disputes and litigation, including pre-trial investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial, involving wage and hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and employment agreements.
- Provide comprehensive employment law counsel and guidance to a diverse client base, including Fortune 100 companies, startups, and businesses across various industries.
- Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited top 100 law school is required.
