Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wifi validation efforts, ensuring robust performance and quality standards for our wireless solutions
• Drive the development and execution of enterprise accessories program
• Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and features
• Manage and track critical IC vendors’ roadmaps to influence eero’s wifi technology roadmaps
• Own and optimize program and non-program budget allocation and utilization
• Lead technical initiatives, including the development of enhanced testing methodologies based on real-world data
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams
• Travel 30% of the time to Asia and US West Coast locations

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 4+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
• Experience in problem solving and data analytics
• Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
