We are currently seeking a HR Manager for an exciting new opportunity in our top tier Behavioral Health company. This full time, permanent hire opportunity would be a HYBRID role with occasional in-office work for trainings and site visits! This leadership position will oversee a team of HR Specialist and allow them to make a difference in their community! Job Summary: 

• The HR Manager will work in a fast paced environment providing support to the
  organization and their employee related needs. Maintains and enhances the organization's human
  resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources
  policies, programs, and practices.
• HR Manager will focus on process improvement, new employee orientation and onboarding, processing tuition reimbursement, student load repayment and the notary process. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• 2-4 years experience in the HR field
• OR any similar combination of education and experience.
• HR Generalist Certificate required
• Valid Arizona drivers license in good standing.

Pay Details: $83,200.00 to $90,000.00 per year
