Job Description

Our client is seeking an HR Assistant responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring accurate and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. This role involves managing HR system transactions, maintaining employee records, and providing support for recruitment activities. The HR Assistant will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist with full lifecycle recruiting tasks. This position is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR system transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Organize and maintain both paper and electronic records related to employment verifications and system changes.
• Audit HR processes and provide guidance to leadership, HR, auditing, and budgeting teams.
• Answer calls and provide information about recruitment efforts to internal and external customers.
• Generate reports and resolve errors related to employee information and positions.
• Support and coordinate recruitment events and initiatives.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with full lifecycle recruiting tasks.
• Create and maintain employee files and records.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
