• Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information.
• Assist in employee relations by answering HR-related questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and track metrics such as attendance, turnover, and time-to-fill.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on performance management documentation and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and audits.
