We are looking to hire an HR Recruiter in Santa Ana, California, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. The HR Recruiter will be a part of our IT Software industry team, playing a significant role in recruiting for various roles, developing sourcing strategies, and assisting in HR functions.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit for various position levels, with particular emphasis on IT, Operations, and Sales roles.
• Manage the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, assessing, and following up with potential candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including boolean strings and other sourcing methods.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract candidates through various channels, such as personal networks, job boards, industry events, and educational institutions.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and align them with department needs.
• Stay current on market trends, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, and talent supply, and report on these trends.
• Train hiring managers on interviewing skills, candidate selection, and legal concerns.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including communicating with team members about start dates and conducting new hire orientations.
• Identify staffing gaps and propose necessary changes.
• Review and recommend changes to operational methods to improve workflow, simplify procedures, and reduce costs.
• Assist in key recruiting initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, employee branding, and other programs.
• Support other HR functions as needed.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Strong decision-making skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes

• Good people management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
