What You’ll Do

As HR Manager, you’ll oversee a wide range of responsibilities that touch every aspect of the employee lifecycle:

  • Drive Policy & Compliance – Interpret and apply HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.

  • Recruit & Onboard Talent – Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, from posting to interviews to onboarding and orientation.

  • Foster Employee Engagement – Be a trusted partner for employees and managers, supporting performance management, employee relations, and workplace culture.

  • Support Benefits & Leave Programs – Work with Corporate HR to administer benefits and manage attendance, leave, and accommodation processes.

  • Oversee Workers’ Compensation – Manage claims, coordinate with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA), and partner with Safety on incident investigations and return-to-work programs.

  • Build Skills & Careers – Coordinate training, leadership development, and career growth initiatives to strengthen our workforce.

  • Manage HR Programs & Data – Keep organizational charts, HRIS, and HR reporting accurate and up to date.

  • Support the Employee Experience – Lead orientations, exit interviews, and career transition support where needed.

  • Represent the Company in the Community – Serve as an ambassador in workforce and community programs.

  • Lead Projects – Partner on corporate HR initiatives, system upgrades, compliance audits, and culture-building projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on approach to HR.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices.

  • Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Skilled at building trust, resolving conflict, and influencing across levels.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
