We are hiring for a  Nocturnist  position. A  Nocturnist  role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

• Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 12 APP’s at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
• Join us in providing exceptional care while making a meaningful impact on the St. Augustine and North Florida communities.
• Work alongside a diverse team with varied geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who learn from and support each other.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

• Nights with one week on, one week off.
• Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions and cross-coverage call with help from a nocturnist APP
• Closed ICU without code or rapid responsibility

Rewards and Benefits:

• Compensation: $1700/night shift with lucrative productivity and quality incentives
  • $385/shift bonus for extra shifts (above 45/quarter)
