We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plastering, and painting. Plumbing and electrical experience is an asset. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks and renovations in residential apartment buildings (i.e. preparing units for new tenants and completing various work orders). Majority of the buildings are in Oshawa, and some in Toronto area. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, plastering and painting.
• Ability to renovate and remodel washrooms and kitchens from start to finish.
• Own tools necessary for the job.
• Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation between job buildings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
