Position Overview:

This position is ideal for students looking to gain experience in sports graphic design and content creation. This role will work in coordination with El Paso Locomotive FC's Marketing and Communications Department to assist in all aspects of creating graphic design content. This is a paid internship. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

GRAPHIC DESIGN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and design visual graphics for social media, stadium video board, website, posters, banners, and other collateral to support the Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, and Retail departments. Assist the Creative team in capturing content including interviews, video shoots, photography sessions, and event documentation. Collaborate with marketing department on the club content calendar. Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions for creative and engaging content to enhance the Club's brand awareness. Provide input for, and assistance with, the overall look and feel of the Locomotive brand. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must qualify to be an intern which means either a current college student and or a recent college graduate. This is a learning experience and not a part-time job. Working knowledge and abilities in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects. Experience in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred, but not required. Must be available to work all El Paso Locomotive FC home games as well as nights and weekends. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and telephone etiquette.

This position pays $750 a month to cover your expenses and then $10 per hour for all games you may be scheduled to work.
