Job Description

Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Welcome to the Global Mobility Team at BLAST!

At BLAST, we bring people together – across borders, stages, and time zones. Now we’re looking for a Global Mobility Consultant to join our Copenhagen office and help us ensure that our people can thrive wherever in the world our events take them.

You’ll be part of a small but passionate team of two colleagues, working closely with Travel, Finance, Legal, and Live Events to build and run a world-class mobility framework that supports BLAST’s global growth.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing – Your Impact

As our new Global Mobility Consultant, you’ll make it easier for people to move across borders with confidence – whether they’re employees, freelancers, or part of our extended network.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an advisor on international hires and postings

  • Coordinating with P&O, Payroll, and external vendors (legal, tax, relocation)

  • Managing work permit and visa applications, incl. compliance and documentation

  • Providing guidance to cross-border employees and freelancers

  • Drafting invitation and support letters

  • Supporting the expansion of our Global Mobility hub and processes

  • Liaising with specialised legal counsels as needed

  • Handling admin tasks like budget tracking, PO creation, and updating WIPS

  • Taking on other ad hoc tasks as the need arises – flexibility is key!

Who You Are – To Succeed in This Role

You're an excellent communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a trusted partner to your colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment, love the details, and care about creating smooth experiences for people on the move.

We imagine you have:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance – or equivalent experience

  • 1–3+ years of experience with international assignments and cross-border employment

  • Strong understanding of mobility processes and compliance

  • Solid experience working with Excel (e.g. data management, formulas, reporting)

  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or similar is a plus

  • Proficiency in Excel/Smartsheet and reporting tools

  • Fluency in English (Danish is a plus, but not essential)

Benefits

What We Offer – Life at BLAST

At BLAST, you’ll join a creative, collaborative, and international environment where no two days are the same. We’re proud of our culture – one where people are seen, heard, and encouraged to bring ideas forward.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll get:

  • A fast-paced and supportive workplace

  • Great colleagues

  • Flexible working conditions

  • Centrally located office in Copenhagen

  • Personal and professional development opportunities

  • Friday bars, social events, and access to world-class esports action

Ready to join us?
We’re excited to meet you. Apply now and help us shape the future of Global Mobility at BLAST.
