We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at C. Harper Buick/GMC in Connellsville. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry to join an esteemed organization. As General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales team, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automotive sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Set ambitious sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving overall dealership success.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure a superior customer experience by guiding customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service.
- Product Expertise: Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, showcasing key features and benefits to inform and delight customers.
- Closing Sales: Utilize strong negotiation skills and sales techniques to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency, team performance, and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: - Proven Leadership: A strong track record of success in a leadership role within the automotive industry, with a focus on managing and optimizing sales teams.
