Job Description
Join our team of compassionate and collaborative professionals, dedicated to exceptional patient care in our state of the art Greenspring Station oral surgery office.
Your responsibilities will include-
1. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
2. Courteously greeting and checking-in patients. Completing patient registration.
3. Following up with patients before and after appointments
4. Working with insurance carriers and coordinating pre-authorizations, billing & payments
5. Managing payment transactions
Applicants must have at least 1 year front office experience in a general or specialty dental practice and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with WinOMS software preferred.
