**Front Desk/ Receptionist- Weekends**

**River Bend Assisted Living - Rochester, MN - Part Time**

**River Bend Assisted Living,** a 94-unit assisted living and memory care campus, is hiring a Weekend **Front Desk/Receptionist** to join our team! In this role, you will greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, help with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with the elderly, has the ability to multi-task and assist with administrative support, and is friendly and professional in all situations.

This is a **Part-Time** position working Saturday and Sunday (work 3 weekends and get 1 weekend off). **Hours:** You will also work rotating holidays for double pay. **Pay:** $13.00 per hour

**Front Desk/Receptionist responsibilities:**

* Provide excellent customer service at all times.

* Greet guests, answer questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.

* Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.

* Provide word-processing and data support as needed.

* Help answer basic technology/ computer questions.

* Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

* Delivers packages, flowers, etc. received at the reception desk.

* Assist as requested in making out-going telephone calls, such as care conference reminders.

* Follow through on census sheets, discharging, room changes, etc.

* Prepare menus, PowerPoint, and newsletters.

* Complete additional tasks as needed.

**Front Desk/Receptionist skills and requirements:**

* College degree or 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.

* Must have a passion for helping others and working with the elderly.

* Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.

* Ability to read, write, and speak English.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.
