In this role, you will play a key role in the member experience by creating the first and last impressions through member interactions and ensuring the cleanliness of the club. You will welcome and greet members into the Sonoran Clubhouse, maintain the cleanliness of the fitness area and studios, and oversee all aspects of the Front Desk by providing outstanding customer service. 

Hourly Rate: 19.00/hr

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and excellent work ethic. Prior customer service and fitness center experience are preferred. CPR certification preferred but required within 60 days of hire.

Candidates must be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. , with the possibility of additional shifts as needed.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet members in a warm and friendly manner. Responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the club experience for members.
• Ensure all members and guests check-in according to the standard operating procedure.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Direct all calls to the appropriate areas and handle requests accordingly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of fitness floor and studios. This also includes the pool area and locker rooms.
• Restock supplies at Fitness Island and Hallway outside the studios.
• Assist members with use of and operating equipment. Correct seat adjustments and form/range of motion, how to use the cardio consoles (profiles, pairing devices, etc.)
• Assist with equipment maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Assist with Sonoran Clubhouse special events and coverage in the Youth Activities Center, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
