ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freezer Packer to join our Operations Team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our frozen desserts are carefully packed and ready for delivery to our customers and retail outlets.

Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in a freezer environment (-18°C; thermal wear provided), with each visit lasting no more than 30 minutes. The remaining 50% of your work will be in a room-temperature setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pack frozen desserts for home and outlet deliveries with accuracy and care
• Prepare and hand over packed items to delivery drivers
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning & labelling of boxes and cold room areas
• Receive and check incoming goods
• Conduct daily stock-takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with any other ad-hoc operational tasks as reasonably assigned by the Company

REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES

• Able to work in a freezer environment to pack frozen products (-18°C, thermal wear provided)
• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20kg
• Able to read and follow simple English instructions (packing instructions in English)
• Familiar with data entry on Microsoft Office (excel, word) or Google Suites (google sheet)
• Accurate and attention to detail in packing and checking
• Responsible, ethical, service-oriented mindset
• Respectful team player with good work ethic, integrity and accountability
• Reliable, committed and dependable

Work Experience: No prior experience needed

Min. education level: GCE N or O Level

Location: Harper Road (3 min walk from Tai Seng MRT station)

Work Schedule: 10.30am to 4pm (including 45min lunch break); Mon to Sat (6 days)
