About Us
We operate a unique fleet of experimental aircraft, including four Learjets, two Gulfstream G-IIIs, and the NF-16D VISTA aircraft, in collaboration with the Air Force Test Pilot School. Our aircraft are utilized for advanced flight research, control systems testing, and airborne sensor experiments, serving both commercial and government organizations globally.

Key Responsibilities
As a Flight Operations Director, you will:
Lead with Integrity: Manage day-to-day flight and maintenance operations, ensuring our values are reflected in all activities.
Foster a Positive Culture: Create a supportive environment where team members feel empowered to contribute, take ownership, and achieve results.
Drive Excellence: Oversee flight operations to ensure they are conducted safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our chief pilots, site managers, engineering teams, and program managers to provide world-class support to our customers.
Mentor and Develop: Provide constructive feedback and create opportunities for team members to learn and grow.
Support Business Growth: Engage in business development activities, including customer outreach, market analysis, and promoting our test services.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Graduation from a recognized Test Pilot School is highly preferred
Experience in flight testing or flight test training
Previous management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive knowledge of flight test operations and training
Strong leadership and program management skills
Ability to travel as needed
