Responsibilities

Administer oaths/affirmations.
Perform acknowledgments.
Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation (jurats).
Witness or attest signatures.
Note protests in limited circumstances.
Certify or attest copies, including certifying tangible copies of electronic records.
Fulfill other duties as provided by law.

Qualifications

MUST be a U.S. citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
Notary Public certification. Completion of education and exam is mandatory. Notary Bond is required ($10,000: 4-year term).
Experience in notarizing loan documents.
Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.

Job Requirements

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment

$125.00$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
