As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will enter a comprehensive program that trains you in the skills necessary to sell Individual Insurance products and establish a sustainable financial practice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage in a detailed program to cultivate the skills necessary for delivering holistic financial advice to clients. Participate actively in classroom discussions, goal-setting sessions, and progress evaluations.
  • Gain hands-on sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients while passing a sales process competency test.
  • Develop and sustain essential prospecting skills through research, targeting, networking, and communication, utilizing personal networks, community events, and social media platforms.
  • Deepen your understanding of our product offerings and demonstrate expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Ensure smooth completion of content, proposals, and paperwork, facilitating an effective application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Successfully fulfill all trainee program requirements to gain essential skills and knowledge.
  • Acquire the necessary insurance licenses before starting, allowing for up to two attempts at the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and continually, with securities licensing required within 24 months of joining the program.
  • Exhibit high self-motivation and results-oriented work ethic, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Be available to travel up to 50% of the time, maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and ensure reliable transportation for appointments.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive culture by valuing different perspectives and listening openly while remaining inquisitive in all endeavors.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
