Job Description CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies. Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP, and wireless systems. Lead Infrastructure Technicians are also responsible for managing a site and acting as the interface to the customer. Requirements: Site management Company interface to the customer Installation, testing, and troubleshooting of voice and data networks Installation of data racks, wire management, and all infrastructure equipment Align to instructions in the form of Work Orders, SOP’s, and/or Run Books Ability to work on overnight cutover projects Familiarity with and adherence to all safety procedures We are looking for candidates who want to be accountable and take pride in their work, and are seeking an environment that provides for skill development and career growth.
