Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed legal team.
This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of family law cases, from high net worth divorce cases to post-marital property agreements.
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with a high level of skill and detail
Counsel clients through the litigation process, including preparing the client to testify at hearings and depositions
Conduct discovery with efficiency and attention to detail
Communicate with professionalism, compassion, and persuasion in the courtroom and to clients and opposing attorneys
Have expertise concerning issues involved in complex property division for high-net-worth individuals
Exhibit tenacity and willingness to go the distance to deliver results for clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current family law regulations, court decisions, and other legal developments.
Provide compassionate, personalized service to clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
Proven experience in the courtroom is required.
Admission to the state bar of Texas.
Board certification in family law is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
