About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Texas Division, a pivotal role focused on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and fundraising growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, ensuring efficient and ethical operations, and leading efforts to grow and sustain the division's annual operational budget. This high-impact, hands-on position requires a humble, people-centered, and entrepreneurial leader with at least 5 years' relevant leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a proven track record in project leadership, community engagement, and relationship building. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, including food distribution programs, volunteer engagement, and donor stewardship, and will be the public face of the division, representing the organization in the community and building strategic relationships. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading strategic planning, maintaining compliance with nonprofit best practices, and fostering a values-driven workplace culture. The role also involves recruiting, training, and supporting staff and volunteers, as well as actively participating in disaster relief efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team-building skills, be proactive and organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in technology is required, with experience in Office 365 and Salesforce preferred. A commitment to the organization's values and a deep dedication to service are essential, and familiarity with food security, warehouse operations, or disaster relief is a plus.
