Estate Planning Attorney Wanted to Join Innovative Team

You are happy to meet with clients for consultations, planning sessions, and signings AND/OR draft and review documents. Our highly motivated team is looking to add depth to help us better serve our clients. We perform fulfilling work for our clients and their families by protecting them from excess costs, taxes, and probate traps. We provide comprehensive estate planning and long term care planning that address all of our clients’ aging needs. Clients who are sick receive personalized attention from our elder care coordinators in conjunction with our legal team through our life care planning services. Our Lead Attorneys will: conduct consultations, handle client meetings, answer client questions, review legal documents, draft documents, oversee Associate Attorney and/or Law Clerk, research pertinent codes/cases, work with support staff, and participate in firm social events, as desired. Some same day travel may be required. We have offices in Irmo, Simpsonville, Bluffton, and Charleston. In office requirement is a minimum of 3 days a week.
