Description Position at EF Language Abroad-Summer Camps
Role: ESL Teacher-Summer 2025
Location : Fort Myers, FL (in-person)
Compensation: $21-$26/ hour / Based on experience

The role: In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to: - Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests.
- Lesson planning and preparation before each class.
- Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology.
- Classroom management.
- Daily liaising with co-teacher to discuss progress & ongoing lessons.
- Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
- Attending all teacher meetings.
- Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
- Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.

- Complete fluency in English.
- Attend training before your contract commences.
- Have the right to live and work in the United States.

- TEFL certificate or equivalent.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Experience in the field of education
