About Job
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to kickstart your career as a Personal Assistant? We are looking for an Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our executives and team members by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Salary Range: $850 - $1150 per week
Job: Full time
Location: Fresno, CA
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist in the creation and management of various reports and spreadsheets
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
Organize and prioritize daily tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
