+ Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
Job Description:
Electrical Engineers conduct a broad range of inspection, engineering and supervisory tasks in support of in-house test, installation, start-up and service/repair of the full range of industrial equipment.
Must-Have's:
+ Background in Electrical Engineering
+ Field Service Engineering experience working with motor controlled hydraulic and pneumatic industrial machines preferable but not mandatory
+ Ability to/ willingness to learn troubleshoot PLCs
+ Proficient with reading electrical schematics and blue prints
+ Strong communication to assist companies with install of new equipment
+ Knowledgeable in writing project plans, test plans and equipment manuals.
+ Ability to travel 70% of the time
Qualifications:
+ BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; previous experience in the field (preferred)
+ Extensive travel of up to 70% both domestically and internationally.
+ The ability to direct and supervise the work of contractors and/or customer personnel during installation and erection of equipment.
+ The ability to work effectively in a customer facing, on-site role with minimal supervision.
+ Produce and maintain detailed work records such as Test Plans, Project Plans and Equipment Manuals.
