🎯 Your Role: Entry-Level Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in connecting nonprofit organizations with the local community. You’ll engage directly with the public, representing causes you care about and sparking meaningful conversations that drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities:Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns
Start conversations with the public about social causes and nonprofit missions
Educate people on how they can support or get involved
Build positive relationships with potential donors and supporters
Collaborate with a team to meet campaign goals and deliver results
Represent our values of empathy, professionalism, and integrity
